The offering includes managing business critical systems on a 24/7 basis or allows customers to engage OptiSolutions resources on a project basis. We recognise each environment is different and with our services classification, customers can now pay the appropriate fees for work delivered. Customers no longer have expensive and senior resources doing predominantly low value work.


Remote Support

Our dedicated support desk provide the flexibilty to support mission critical computing environments remotely.  This platform allows OptiSolutions to extend its service offerings beyond natural borders and to increase its value proposition.


Managed Service 24/7

Our managed services portfolio includes operating system support, database management, storage management, unified communications, desktop support, application testing and capacity planning. We are able to manage your legacy and emerging infrastructure technology, whether it is on premise or in the cloud.

Locum Services

This service helps customers to call on support when their technical resources are on leave or to provide onsite support for periods up to 30-days.


Project Based Services

The service is conducted on a project basis where the customer defines their requirements around architecture, design, implementations and new builds.
